The right approach to a healthy lifestyle



Wanna know how to know the lifestyle of a person?  You just need to look at his body and you would know at least most of it, if not the whole thing about the person.  You can easily if a person totally loves his/her self and totally cares about their body.   Of course, those who don’t care about their well being often are the ones that are out of shape.  The last type of person can be mostly seen on the restaurant and eating uncontrollably.  They eat the worst food and don’t do any exercise at all.

Of course, there would be people saying that “You don’t know me, so you can’t judge me”.   Well, that might be true and I can’t say anything against that since that is not my profession.  However, my personal opinion matters to me and no one stop me from voicing my personal opinion.   I believe that genetics has something to do and that is truly funny.   You might have some friends, who are skinny though, they eat more than what you eat.  Personally, I got some friends, who are like such and they are not even getting bigger.  On the other hand, some of my friend, who are constantly dieting are getting even bigger.  Below are two reasons, which I believe affects the two guys mentioned.


  1. Well, the simple reasoning is that the skinny friend of mine is always moving while the other guy does nothing most of his life.
  2.  Another one would be the food that they eat most of the time.  The skinny guy eats healthy food, so it easier for the body to burn it.  However, junk foods are unnatural and they are harder for the body to use.

So, what do you need to change in your life if you want to be healthier?  As mentioned before, start with your eating habits.  That does only mean to count the calories you intake daily. Meeting calorie goals for the day doesn’t translate to being healthy.  You also need to watch what you eat since that would come bit you at the end of the day.  If your diet includes lots of candies and anything unnatural then you are not helping yourself to be healthy at all.  If you want to be healthy then eat foods that would make you healthy such as fresh fruits & vegetables, lean meats, and high protein foods. 
 
If you live to be healthy then you live longer to be happy.
Don’t forget to do some workout.  In fact, it would be help a lot if you start as soon as you can.  You need to move to burn those fats off your body.  No, you don’t need to do the exercise routine of an athlete as they have done that for a long time now.  Their bodies are already used to the hard exercise routine they are in.  You, on the other hand is only starting to work out and there is no way that you can compete with them.   Start by walking around your neighborhood every morning.  As you notice that you can walk further, try adding other exercise into your routine. Overtime, you would see the change in your body.  It won’t happen overnight as you need to constantly do it to see some improvements. 

Remember that good nutrition and exercise are a good way to become healthy.  Eating habits would make the 80% of how you look while the 20% comes from exercising.  These are the foundations that would help you to become healthy and would give you that body you be dying to have.
