They say that being healthy is easier nowadays since you have

- Don’t forget that vitamin D are essential for our body - You can easily get it from the sun, but there are times when the sun doesn’t shine, so we need to get it from other sources. During these times, we can turn to vitamin D supplement, which supplies us with the required vitamin we need.
- Antioxidant food – Eating antioxidant food would help ensure your body against anything that would harm your body. Foods that are antioxidants are blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, blackberries, beans, artichokes as well as cherries.
- Resveratrol is beneficial to our health – We can get this from eating peanuts, mulberries, whole grape, and raspberries. And yes, it is also available in wine, but wine would be bad for you if you drink many since it has neurotoxin that might poison your brain in the long run.
