blood into your body, which in turn releases the endorphin to your body.

If you want someone to notice you then you should start with
becoming healthy because they would surely see it, even if you can’t see that
for yourself. Everyone wants to be complimented
about their hard work and being in great shape is one of the best ways to get complimented.

but you know that you are going to get some attentions in your office when you go
