Healthy Lifestyle should be in moderation



No, you don’t need to be strict to yourself to have a healthy lifestyle.  Everything should be in moderation, so you won’t get tired easily.  That is the secret in everything we do or we would just tend to give up.  Hey, no one can be serious all the time, but we can accomplish something if we know how to balance things.  It is just like eating artificial sweeteners as some say that they are good for us, since we cut our sugar intake, but even that could also be a problem.
We don't need to be strict with ourselves just to see some results with the way our healthy lifestyle is doing.  Sometimes, it is better to have it in moderation.


According to a research, artificial sweeteners could be bad for you since it might make you fatter if you consume too much.   It would be better if you actually eat fruits and chocolate since you know that you are consuming food with high sugar content.  It would be easier to control your consumption since you know that you would be fat if eat too much.  Dark chocolate has thing called antioxidants, which are great for the body.
If you want to be healthy, you should eat more vegetables.  For many bread and meat are their source of vitamins and minerals. But you can eat vegetables, and get some of the source of vitamins and minerals.  You just need to know what to eat, when it comes to vegetables.  Another good tip is to eat an apple before eating your meal because it makes you feel full. 

Exercise is something that you should not forget.  You might get everything from the food you eat, but if you are not going to exercise then how can you expect to fully use all of those nutrients in your body.   Chances are, you are just going to be fat since you are not able to use those entire energies store in your body.   You don’t have to go to the gym to have an exercise as you can do it while doing your daily routine.  For example, taking your dog for a walk outside your house would help you lose weight.   There are lots of ways to exercise and you don’t need to buy expensive equipment or get a membership card from gyms.

What not to forget?
Do all things in moderation since that would balance all the things that you are doing in your life. You might not think that doing daily chores is already an exercise, but if you keep on doing that, you would find yourself sweating a lot.  Sweating is an indication that your body is using the unused calories.
